Joe Shucofsky resides at 21240 North Park Drive. Shucofsky has been an attorney in private practice for 27 years focusing on Family Law, and maintains an office here in Fairview Park. Shucofsky received a B.A. degree in English from the University of Dayton, and his J.D. degree from the Case Western Reserve University School of Law. Shucofsky has served on nearly every standing committee on the Board during his years of service and has served as Board President the past two years. Shucofsky also currently serves on the Business Advisory Council, Technology, Policies and Financial/Audit Committees. He and his wife Nancy have two children, both of whom are FHS graduates: Ryan, a graduate of Baldwin-Wallace College; and Kyle, a recent graduate of The Ohio State University. Shucofsky first served on the Fairview Park School Board in 2005, when he was appointed to fill an unexpired term. He was subsequently elected to two four year terms in 2007 and 2011. This is his sixth consecutive year as a member of the current School Board.

Mark St. John lives at 22390 Parkedge Circle. St. John has been a teacher at Independence Local Schools for 20 years. St. John received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Work and a teacher certification for a first through eighth grade certificate from Cleveland State University. St. John is starting his sixth year on the board. St. John is an appointed Polaris Career Center Board Member. He and his wife Laura have four children: Matthew, attending Tri-C; Christopher, attending Tri-C; Patrick, a senior at Fairview High School and Andrew, a sixth-grader at Mayer Middle School.

Joslyn Dalton lives at 4600 West Point Drive Fairview Park, OH 44126. Dalton has been a resident of Fairview Park for ten years. She and her husband Bob have two children: Abby, who will be a fifth grader next school year, and Grant, who will be a second grader next school year, both at Gilles-Sweet Elementary. Dalton graduated from The Ohio State University with a BS degree majoring in Health Information Management & Systems. She is a Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA). For the past 15 years, she has worked in a variety of health care settings: acute care, long-term care, outpatient behavioral health, single hospital and multi-system organizations. Experience includes converting paper medical records to full function EHR systems. She teaches courses in both the Health Information Management and Health Information Technology programs at Tri-C. Dalton was appointed to the board in June 2012 to fill the vacancy position of Brad Lamb.

Tim Mesaros resides at 4164 West 214th Street. Mesaros is Procurement Specialist for Crane Aerospace & Electronics. He received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Bowling Green State University. Mesaros is serving his first term with the board. He serves on the Community Challenge, Fairview Park Recreation Commission and Policies committees. He and his wife Judy have two children, both of whom are students at Gilles-Sweet Elementary School: third-grader Noah and second-grader Maeve. Mesaros was appointed to the board in May 2011 to fill the vacancy position of Marcy Starks.
Laurie Stauber

Laurie Stauber graduated from Baldwin Wallace with a BA in English and earned her M.A. from Central Michigan University at the Air Force Institute of Technology. She is currently the Bioscience Collaboration & Partnership Lead at NASA’s Glenn Research Center, and is responsible for business development focused on biomedical work with external partners. She is also the Exploration Medical Capabilities Tech Watch Agent for the Human Research Program, formulating university capstone projects to solve long term astronaut health issues. Laurie was recently named the Federal Lab Consortium Midwest Region's Laboratory Representative of the Year. Among her honors, Laurie received NASA's Exceptional Service Medal in 2008. She also was selected to receive an Excellence Award from the Carolina Chapter of the Society for Technical Communication for the 2011 Innovator Calendar design and publication. Laurie is a member of the BW Alumni Association, and has mentored many students. Stauber was appointed to the board in July 2012 to fill the vacancy of Dennis Rehor.
