The Fairview Park Education Foundation strives for excellence incorporating many established activities and awards to Fairview Park students, faculty and staff.
The foundation was founded in 1984 as a non-profit organization, which was created to develop additional sources of revenue to support and enrich the educational experiences and curriculum program in the Fairview Park School System. Foundation activities include teacher grants for the enrichment of student programs and scholarships for graduating seniors.
News
THANK YOU!
The Foundation would like to thank Cox Cable for their generous donation of $1,000 at the December 3, 2012 City Council Meeting. To learn more of how the monies were raised click here.

Grants
Grants are awarded to teachers twice each year at the beginning of each semester for all grade levels supporting a variety of subjects, special education and extracurricular activities.
Scholarships
The Fairview Park Education Foundation awards several scholarships each year to graduating seniors of Fairview High School. Most of the scholarships are memorial scholarships that were created in remembrance of a loved one. Each scholarship has specific criteria that the graduating seniors need to meet, thus allowing a vast array of scholarships available to many students.
The students are awarded their scholarships at a Scholars Reception in May at Fairview High School. Members of the families of the memorial scholarships are invited to help present the scholarships to the students. If you would be interested in starting a scholarship or would like further information, please contact the Education Foundation.
Planning a class reunion? Consider establishing a "Reunion Scholarship" in conjunction with the Fairview Park Education Foundation. What a great tribute it would be to recognize your class for future scholars.
Annual Fundraiser
The annual fundraiser is an annual golf outing. This year’s golf outing raised over $6500, which went to the grant program and general fund of the foundation. Please consider attending this outing which will be held again next year on Monday, August 5, 2013 at Rosemont Country Club.
